Latour invests in Swedish Hydro Solutions AB
Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its subsidiary Latour Future Solutions AB, invested in Swedish Hydro Solutions AB (“Swedish Hydro Solutions”).
Swedish Hydro Solutions offers sustainable solutions for water treatment via mobile and stationary treatment systems for bilge and stormwater, process water and remediation of polluted areas. The company's offering includes analysis support, patented bio-based products, and adapted equipment for efficient purification of very large volumes of water. The increased efficiency enables decision-makers and regulatory authorities to set higher requirements regarding water treatment.
The business started in 2015 and today has offices in Alingsås and Stockholm. The company's treatment technology is suitable for construction and civil engineering projects, industrial stormwater, waste facilities, mining industry, urban development projects as well as ports, airports and logistics facilities. At present, Swedish Hydro Solutions has several major ongoing water treatment projects in Sweden, such as Förbifart Stockholm, Västlänken and the Varberg tunnel. In addition, discussions are held with stakeholders in the rest of Scandinavia and Europe.

The investment was made via a directed share issue and share purchase in Swedish Hydro Solutions, where Latour Future Solutions AB has entered as a minority owner of 26,6 per cent of the company.
