Change in the total number of shares and votes in K-Fast Holding AB (publ)

As of 28 March 2024, the total number of shares in K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) amounts to 245,151,168 shares, divided into 22,500,000 series A shares and 222,651,168 series B shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 28 March 2024 amounts to 335,151,168.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 5,820,000 series B shares resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 March 2024.
