Our Group ICT organisation is searching for a new member for its professional and multinational team for the position of

BUSINESS/DATA ANALYST

As a Business/Data Analyst, you will play a key role in Kiilto’s development into a data-driven company.  Your most valuable asset is your enthusiasm for data modelling. If you have so far stayed within your comfort zone in transforming complex data sources into understandable visualisations and reports, this could be the next challenge in your career. In this role, you will tackle problems and find solutions to make our operations more efficient. You will take the lead with Kiilto's data architecture, and you will run our reporting environment transformation projects. You will be part of our multinational ICT Team and will collaborate with the finance team and local business organisations in the countries in which Kiilto operates.

As the work requires some travel, mainly in Finland and Scandinavia, an adventurous mindset would be an advantage. Your ideal location would be the Tampere area, Turku or Helsinki. You will report to the group CIO.

This job could be ideal for you if you meet the following requirements:

  • A Master’s level university degree in a relevant subject

  • At least three to five years of experience in challenging data-architecture and BI processes
  • The ability to understand and model complex business processes
  • You have been involved in data-warehouse development and you understand modern ways of managing and storing data
  • You have hands-on knowledge of reporting systems (Qlikview/Sense, PowerBI)
  • You have experience of data management in complex ICT environments
  • You have fluent written and spoken English and Finnish. Other languages (particularly Russian and Swedish) are considered an asset.

We offer you a working environment within a growing international company, a wide range of interesting duties and comprehensive induction in your tasks. We actively invest in the occupational wellbeing of our staff, for which we have been awarded the 'Finland's Most Active Workplace' certificate twice. We are seeking to keep our staff’s skills and knowledge up to date by organising our own training programmes. We have a non-smoking policy at Kiilto.
