Our group ICT organisation is seeking a new member for our professional and multinational team for the position of
ICT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As an ICT development manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the ERP and other business application environment supports Kiilto’s ambitious international growth strategy and business targets.
The job combines commercial and technical knowledge, and you will be responsible for an extensive range of ICT projects in Scandinavia, Russia and Finland. You will be part of our multinational ICT team and collaborate with local business organisations in countries where Kiilto operates.
If you are comfortable with working on demanding system implementation and projects involving a diverse range of tasks and enjoy a challenge, this may be the next fascinating step in your career. Because the work requires travel (virtual and/or actual), mainly in Finland and Scandinavia, an adventurous mindset would be an advantage. Your ideal location would be in Finland, in the Tampere area, Turku or Helsinki. You will report to the group CIO.
This job could be ideal for you if you meet the following requirements:

A master’s degree in a relevant subject
- At least five years of senior-level experience in ERP system development and management in complex business environments
- Experience in integrating different business logics into group ERP systems
- Experience in processes in global industrial environments
- Ability to implement complex business processes in ICT systems
- Technical skills required: ERP systems, integrations and API technologies enterprise architecture, IT architecture, reporting tools (Qlikview, PowerBI)
- Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish. Other languages are considered an asset (Russian, Swedish)
