An annual survey conducted by Taloustutkimus, a market research firm, announced the 200 most respected brands operating in Finland for 2021. Kiilto rose 12 positions since last year’s rankings.

In 2020, Kiilto ranked 78th in theTaloustutkimus Brand Valuation Survey, but now enjoys 66th place overall. This annual  report primarily evaluates consumer awareness and appreciation for Finland’s best-known brands.

Consumers are surveyed on a variety of parameters, such as brand positioning, price sensitivity and willingness to recommend (NPS) in terms of real versus perceived value, and then asked to rank brands accordingly.

“The result is great. We are pleased that Kiilto’s ranking has improved, especially over this past year. It shows that we have helped people in everyday life and in difficult times while meeting the needs of our customers,” says Eeva Solja, Brand and Communications Director at Kiilto.

In the eyes of Solja, Kiilto's strong brand message of concrete actions for the benefit of the environment is reflected in the results.

On our journey towards environmental leadership, we want to keep our own contribution to the development of environmental issues in a positive direction. As a result, Our Promise to the Environment has been well received.she says.

In addition to customer closeness and a commitment to the future, Solja highlights Kiilto's multidisciplinary and operational culture.

I believe that our much-discussed innovation culture and expertise in four different business areas are also reflected in the strengthening of the Kiilto brand's reputation, as those who work in expert roles are also consumers in their own daily lives. The breadth and internationality of our operations have been more prominent in recent years,” she sums up.
