We are looking for a
GROUP CONTROLLER
In this role, you will work in Kiilto Family Group’s financial department. Your main job will be providing timely and accurate reporting to management and external stakeholders. You will also ensure compliance with and advice on group financial and management accounting policies and procedures. As a Group Controller, you will constantly develop the quality and efficiency of the Group’s accounting and reporting processes. You will be responsible for preparing consolidated accounts on a monthly basis. In addition, you will be responsible for financial planning. You will work closely with our business controllers, business units, subsidiaries’ finance teams and outsourced accounting companies.
Reporting to the CFO of Kiilto Family Group, you will be located in Lempäälä. This position will require regular travel within Finland and to other countries where Kiilto operates.
Skills and experience
- A relevant educational background, e.g. a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Group accounting skills preferably from an internationally operating company
- 2–5 years of experience in similar tasks
- Good knowledge of FAS (Finnish Accounting Standards) and general finance knowhow
- Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English
- Prior experience from auditing is considered an advantage
