Head of Marketing, Kiilto Group
As Head of Marketing, you will lead Kiilto Group’s international B2B marketing and brand, Kiilto Pro, in the Construction and Industrial Adhesives & Fireproofing business areas. Kiilto Group has an ambitious international growth strategy, and you will play a key role in driving our business success by creating and executing our marketing strategy together with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for Kiilto Group’s international marketing processes and customer communications.
You will create customer-centric strategies that are agile and proactive, build the Kiilto Pro brand and communicate how Kiilto Pro solutions add value for customers in all operating countries. You will lead Kiilto Group’s marketing team in Finland as well as the international marketing community (around 20 persons in 9 countries). Together with the entire marketing community, you will ensure the availability of professional marketing tools for our sales teams and unleash the full potential of digital marketing.
You will coach your team members to enable them to grow alongside our business. At Kiilto, you will be a member of the leadership teams of two business areas: Construction and Industrial Adhesives & Fireproofing. You will report to Managing Director of Kiilto Group, while your other key stakeholders will include Business Area Directors, Kiilto Group’s sales organisations, RDI, solution management teams as well as external partners, such as marketing, communication and design agencies. The preferred location for this position is the Tampere, Turku or Helsinki region, but you must be able and willing to travel.
Ideal background for this position:

Master’s degree in marketing or another applicable field.
- Experience of leading successful strategic and tactical B2B marketing in international business environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of different channel, content and other relevant marketing strategies in order to define an overall marketing strategy that delivers the right marketing mix for our story and offering.
- Experience of, and comprehensive understanding of, the various components of digital marketing (website, SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, and analytics and reporting).
- Experience of leading and coaching international marketing teams, including competence development.
- An inclusive and innovative working style based on excellent interpersonal skills.
- A mindset oriented towards continuous development
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish, other languages (particularly Russian and Swedish) are considered an asset
