Key Account Manager, Consumer Goods Finland
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the sales, profitability and customer satisfaction of designated key accounts. In addition, you will lead and develop our field sales team of three sales representatives, with partial responsibility for profit and loss. Your job is to lead and develop collaboration with our key accounts with internal stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of our brand and distribution strategy in your area of responsibility. You will also play an essential role in planning and executing commercial activities, budgeting and forecasting.
We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-oriented person with a proven ability to deliver results. You will largely work independently, but also seamlessly as part of our sales and marketing team and with internal stakeholders such as R&D, our supply chain unit and other business units. An analytical frame of mind, good problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are your key attributes for success in the position. Our sales office is in Helsinki, but the work also requires regular travel to other parts of Finland. You will report to the Business Area Director in the Consumer Goods business area.
Ideal background:
- Commercial degree or degree in another relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- At least three years of experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry, preferably with K Group
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for developing people and processes
- A customer-oriented mindset and strong vision for business development
- Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
