Antibac AS was acquired by Kiilto in March 2019 and today our company is known as KiiltoClean AS. Based on our Antibac products, we are Norway’s market leaders in disinfection and hygiene solutions. We have 13 employees in our Norwegian organisation and a turnover of around MNOK 110 in 2019. We are an international company with ambitious growth targets for the future.

 

To support our growth plan in Scandinavia, we are now looking for a

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

to join our sales team in Norway.

 

In this role, you will be a key player in the Norwegian sales team. You will be responsible for expanding customer relationships into long-lasting relationships to ensure that we maintain or improve our position. You will play a crucial part in expanding B2B sales, by nurturing existing customer relationships and establishing new long-term relationships to ensure growth. You are able to provide a high level of service and great post-sales customer satisfaction, and the customer’s needs always lie at the heart of your decisions. You build trust and develop strong relationships with customers and resellers, to ensure that the correct products and services are offered and delivered in a timely manner. You will report to our Managing Director in Norway.

 

Key competencies and experience needed in this position:

  • Strong evidence of successful and independent work in B2B sales
  • Previous experience of selling hygiene and cleaning products to HoReCa, industry or the health sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in e.g. business or similar
  • Excellent people and networking skills with the ability to rapidly identify key customer needs and requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on and proactive approach combined with strong strategic understanding

 

You will be part of a high-performing sales team in which we offer you a dynamic working environment with excellent opportunities to influence your daily work. You will primarily work in the Eastern part of Norway (Østlandet), but may also be required to travel elsewhere. Our office is located in Asker, but we also have a location in Lierstranda (until May 2020).
