Komplett ASA (KOM) has completed acquisition of 40 % of the shares of Norsk Bildelsenter AS

Komplett ASA (KOM) has today completed acquisition of 40 % of the shares of Norsk Bildelsenter AS (NBS) from Aladdin Oil AS and Geir Arthur Aasland. KOM has under certain conditions an option to acquire additional 30 % of the company’s shares in 2013 and the remaining 30 % of the shares in 2016.

Komplett.no is expanding its services for all customers in the Stavanger region today by opening a new ”Pick-up-Point” at Forus. Customers can place their orders on the webshop, and then pick up their packages themselves. This means faster, less expensive delivery. For several years, we have had Pick-up-Points in Sandefjord, Oslo and Trondheim, and they have been a big success", states Anton Hagberg, manager of Komplett.no.
