Kungsleden leases 4,000 square meters to JumpYard in Veddesta
Kungsleden has signed a lease with trampoline park startup JumpYard for 4,000 square meters in the Veddesta 2:65 property in Veddesta, west of Stockholm.
Veddesta is located near the new district of Barkarbystaden, near the Barkarby railway station, and is currently undergoing an extensive transformation. Expanded public transport, housing, schools, cultural experiences and offices are planned for the area, among other things.
JumpYard, which is operated by the entrepreneurs Pelle Möller and Anders Karlberg together with Local Market Group, is renting an industrial space at Veddestavägen 15 with six-meter-high ceilings, where they will open a trampoline park in August 2017. The property is currently a warehouse that will be transformed into an attractive amusement park.
“JumpYard is going to be a trampoline park for everyone. The guests, everyone from children’s parties to corporate parties, will experience something new and really fun here. We’ve spent 18 months searching for the perfect location for a trampoline park in Stockholm, and we’ve finally found our dream space,” says Pelle Möller and Anders Karlberg.
