Kungsleden leases out 900 sq.m in Norrköping
Kungsleden has leased approximately 900 sq.m of office space in the conveniently located property Oxelbergen 1:2 to Norrköping Municipality and FläktGroup. The building is being modernized and marketed under the office concept "Feel Good Working".
The Oxelbergen property is a short walk from Norrköping city centre with both greenery and good accessibility. Kungsleden is modernizing and enhancing a vacant building of approximately 6,000 sq.m.
With the concept "Feel Good Working", Kungsleden wants to create attractive and sustainable premises that inspire people and encourage an active lifestyle. The concept involves the property offering smart solutions, common meeting rooms, a lounge, a coffee shop and an inspiring outdoor environment. Naturally, the property will be environmentally certified according to LEED.
The tenants are scheduled to gain access during the second quarter of 2020.
