Kungsleden has leased out 2,200 sq.m in its Danderyd Kontor cluster outside Stockholm. The tenant Hultafors Group AB is an existing customer that has extended its contract and doubled its lease area.

“It feels fantastic that Hultafors renews and increases its confidence in us. We will modernise the premises and adapt the new spaces to their operations,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.

Hultafors rents their premises the property Bergudden 8 at Berga Backe 2 in Danderyd.

“Now we gather our two offices in Stockholm under the same roof. Together with Kungsleden we create an office of the future for the Hultafors Group and our premium brands. This is an important part of further strengthening our attractiveness as an employer,” says Ole Kristian Jødahl, CEO of Hultafors Group, which consists of the brands Snickers Workwear, Hultafors, Wibe Ladders, Solid Gear, Dunderdon, Toe Guard, Hellberg Safety and Johnson Level.

Kungsleden is the largest property owner in Danderyd, located just north of Stockholm. The area is close to the E18, Mörby Centrum’s subway and a bus station with departures throughout the north of Stockholm. The centre, which has a large selection of restaurants, shops and amenities, is currently undergoing a major renovation, expansion and modernisation and will change its name to Danderyds Centrum.

The new seven-year agreement has a total rental value of SEK 40 million, with access September 1, 2020.
