Kungsleden welcomes two new tenants and leases out 1,900 sq.m in Kista

Kungsleden has signed new agreements for the lease of approximately 1,900 sq.m of office space in the Reykjavik 2 and Färöarna 3 properties in the ICT cluster in Kista. The total rental value amounts to approximately SEK 5 million per year. The tenants are Incell, and two new customers to Kungsleden – ALSO and WSI.

Kista is one of Stockholm’s largest office markets and Europe’s foremost and most well-established ICT clusters. Every day, over 40,000 people work and study in the area, offering a unique environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

“We warmly welcome ALSO and WSI as tenants and are very pleased to be able to offer Incell larger premises. Kista is in an exciting development phase as one of Stockholm’s priority focus areas. The objective is for the district to become an even more attractive environment with a mix of workplaces, housing, services and education. We at Kungsleden are the third largest property owner in Kista and have an important role in contributing to the development of the area,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.

The new tenants are:

  • The ICT company ALSO, which will lease approx..700 sq.m in the Reykjavik 2 property.
  • The design bureau WSI, which leases approx. 800 sq.m in the Färöarna 3 property.

The existing tenant Incell, which develops smart power sources, is increasing its office space in the Färöarna 3 by almost 300 sq.m.
