Lesjöfors acquires Spiralspecialisten AB in Sweden
Lesjöfors has effectively from December 20th 2016 acquired Spiralspecialisten AB in Tyresö, Sweden.
Spiralspecialisten started its operation in 1949 and is a stable and well performing operation within springs and pressings. The company has about 45 employees and yearly sales of around 45 Million SEK. Spiralspecialisten has a customer base of more than 1000 customers with more than 3000 different products manufactured every year.
The company will continue to operate as a separate legal entity and the current owners remain in the same positions as before. The acquisition will strengthen the possibilities for Spiralspecialisten via now being able to sell all the capabilities of the Lesjöfors Group as well as taking part of all the competence there is within the group.
