Reinforced Group Management in Lesjöfors
Lars Blidberg is new member of the group management team in Lesjöfors and will add a wide technical competence to the team. His responsibilities will include development of competence and production technology between the companies in the group. The organisational change is launched with immediate effect.
Lars Blidberg comes from a position as MD of Lesjöfors Industrifjädrar in Herrljunga, Sweden where he for ten years strongly has contributed to the company´s positive development. In his new role as Vice President Operations he will focus on developing the Best Practice idea, where good examples from one company is developed and shared so that the whole Group can benefit from them. Another important assignment will be to lead group-wide production development projects such as transfer of technology between the companies, localization projects and managing large corporate business projects involving many of the Group´s companies. Joint purchasing tasks and major investments will also be Lars´ focus.

Fine-tuned organisation for the future
The recruitment process of a new result responsible site manager for the Herrljunga unit has started. When the new manager is installed, Lars will take on his new role full time. The new organization is however launched with immediate effect.
