Top results for Lesjöfors in ABB audit

Lesjöfors works systematically with quality, environment and safety. An ABB audit for subcontractors confirmed that the processes are working very well and Lesjöfors received very high ratings.

In April 2014, ABB conducted a quality audit at Lesjöfors Industrifjädrar in Herrljunga, Sweden. The audit comprised the companies in the Lesjöfors Group which are located in Sweden and currently delivers springs to ABB. The management systems are structured in the same way in all Lesjöfors companies and the audit was therefore conducted only at one unit.

Remarkably high rating

The audit results were strikingly positive. Some improvement activities were found that enable even further development of customer focus in the future. For Lesjöfors, customer-oriented activities are highly positive and the aim is to keep an optimal service level to all customers.

“We cannot report the audit result in detail, but I can confirm that it shows really good figures for Lesjöfors. The entire operation´s system was revised through all processes in matters that affect quality, external environment, health and safety.
