Lifco acquires endodontic products from Nordiska Dental

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Nordiska Dental’s endodontic products.

Nordiska Dental’s endodontic products have a turnover of over 10 MSEK. The most important brand in the range is Calasept which is used by dentists in connection with root canal treatments. The main markets are Europe, Russia and the US.

The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
