    Lifco acquires world leading supplier of marine compressors

    Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Norwegian TMC/Nessco, a world leading supplier of marine compressors and spare parts. The company is also supplying the Norwegian market with land-based compressors. In 2015, TMC/Nessco’s sales amounted to 525 MNOK. The group will be consolidated in Lifco’s business area Systems Solutions within the division Environmental Technology.     Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the German dental company Praezimed. The company is servicing and repairing dental instruments used by dentists and dental laboratories in Germany. In 2015, Praezimed reported net sales of approximately 2.5 MEUR. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year. Praezimed is located in Hamburg, Germany and employs approximately 15 people.     Lifco acquires German dental laboratory operation

    Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Dens Esthetix’s operation that is offering dental prosthetics to dentists in Germany. In 2015, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 1.4 MEUR. The business will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.     Lifco acquires Norwegian Cenika

    Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of Norwegian Cenika AS, a leading supplier of low voltage electrical supplies. In 2015, Cenika’s sales amounted to approximately 160 MNOK. The company sells among other surge arrestors. Cenika sells its own brand CenTech and the Chinese brand Chint directly to the professional power industry in Norway and Sweden. The company will be consolidated in the division Relining within business area Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

    Lifco acquires Redoma Recycling AB’s operations

    Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Redoma Recycling AB’s operations. Redoma Recycling is a Swedish based company, specialized in designing and manufacturing small and mid-size cable recycling lines.  In 2015, Redoma Recycling’s sales amounted to approximately 25 MSEK. The operations will be consolidated in division Environmental Technology within business area Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year. Redoma Recycling AB started in 1984 and has its headquarters in Malmö, Sweden.

    Lifco acquires Norwegian Auto-Maskin

    Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Auto-Maskin, a leading producer of Diesel Control Units for environmentally friendly marine applications. The company is also a supplier of solutions in emergency power management systems for demanding applications such as telecom, airports, hospitals and defense. In 2015, Auto-Maskin’s sales will amount to approximately 130 MNOK. The Group will be consolidated in business area Systems Solution.     Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Nordiska Dental’s endodontic products. Nordiska Dental’s endodontic products have a turnover of over 10 MSEK. The most important brand in the range is Calasept which is used by dentists in connection with root canal treatments. The main markets are Europe, Russia and the US. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.     Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the German dental company Smilodent. The company imports dental prosthetics that are offered to dentists in Germany. In 2014, Smilodent reported net sales of approximately 4.8 MEUR. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.     Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire J.H. Orsing AB, a manufacturer of saliva ejectors and saliva tubes used in dental care. In 2014, J.H.
