Lifco acquires Smilodent

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the German dental company Smilodent. The company imports dental prosthetics that are offered to dentists in Germany.

In 2014, Smilodent reported net sales of approximately 4.8 MEUR. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Smilodent is located in Essen, Germany and employs approximately 20 people.
