Lifco acquires Norwegian Auto-Maskin

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Auto-Maskin, a leading producer of Diesel Control Units for environmentally friendly marine applications. The company is also a supplier of solutions in emergency power management systems for demanding applications such as telecom, airports, hospitals and defense.

In 2015, Auto-Maskin’s sales will amount to approximately 130 MNOK. The Group will be consolidated in business area Systems Solution. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Based in the high tech sector of Skjetten outside Oslo, Auto-Maskin has been building control and monitoring solutions linked to the marine and industrial markets since 1969.

The company has customers all over the globe and approximately 65 employees.
