Lifco acquires J.H. Orsing AB

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire J.H. Orsing AB, a manufacturer of saliva ejectors and saliva tubes used in dental care.

In 2014, J.H. Orsing AB reported net sales of approximately 20 MSEK. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

J.H. Orsing AB has its production facility in Helsingborg in Sweden. The company employs nine people.
