Lifco acquires German dental company Praezimed

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the German dental company Praezimed. The company is servicing and repairing dental instruments used by dentists and dental laboratories in Germany.

In 2015, Praezimed reported net sales of approximately 2.5 MEUR. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Praezimed is located in Hamburg, Germany and employs approximately 15 people.
