Changes in Loomis’ Group Management

Head of Growth

Johannes Bäckman has been appointed Head of Growth for the Loomis Group.

Mr Bäckman joins Loomis from a similar position at Xylem Inc, where he was employed in 1997 and has had several positions in Asia and Europe. Mr Bäckman has for instance been M&A Director and Managing Director for Xylem South East Asia. Mr Bäckman reports to President and CEO Jarl Dahlfors and will be a member of Group Management.

Changes to the Northern Europe Region

Loomis has chosen to split the current Northern Europe Region into two parts in order to further develop the Loomis business.

Kenneth Högman continues as Regional President for UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. Mr Högman reports to President and CEO Jarl Dahlfors and is a member of Group Management.

Patrik Högberg has been appointed Regional President for Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. In addition to his new position, Mr Högberg remains as Country President of Loomis in Sweden. Mr Högberg reports to President and CEO Jarl Dahlfors and will be a member of Group Management.
