Loudspring Oyj (the “Company”), listed on Nasdaq First North Finland and First North Sweden, has signed an agreement with Erik Penser Bank AB on the service as Certified Adviser. Erik Penser Bank AB will be the Company’s Certified Adviser as of 11thof December 2018. The Company’s previous Certified Adviser, Access Partners, will cease to be the Company’s Certified Adviser on 11thof December 2018.
Erik Penser Bank AB is an independent and privately owned bank, founded in 1994 and based in Stockholm. Erik Penser Bank AB is the market leader in providing Certified Adviser services for Nasdaq First North listed Nordic companies.
