SFR Research: Mandatum ranked second best institutional wealth manager in Finland
Mandatum has improved its overall rating more than any other asset manager in Finland this decade.
Mandatum has been awarded with the Gold Award in Scandinavian Financial Research’s “Institutional Investment Services, Finland 2023” customer study. In the study, approximately 100 Finnish institutional investors evaluated 18 asset management service providers with nine quality criteria. Mandatum ranked second in the “Large” service provider group with a total score of 4.01 out of 5.
Mandatum received particular praise for its customer service, investment performance over the short and long term, clarity of the investment process, ability to take a market view and reporting services.

The share of institutional investors using Mandatum as their asset manager has grown significantly over the past eight years: 54 percent of institutional investors participating in the study said that they now use Mandatum’s wealth management services. In 2015, the corresponding figure was 13 percent. Mandatum ranked first in terms of its net result in the question predicting the development of business collaboration over the next year: the difference between the number of customers predicting to increase and decrease collaboration with Mandatum was the largest in the study.
