Timo Vuokila (LL.M) has been appointed the new Managing Director of Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company effective 1 May 2024, as Timo Laitinen, Kaleva’s Managing Director since 2017, retires. Vuokila joins Kaleva from Mandatum plc, where he served as Vice President, legal affairs.

Laura Halmela (LL.M) has been appointed Vice President, legal affairs, for Mandatum plc effective 1 March 2024. She previously served as Head of the Business and Investment Legal team at Mandatum.
