ALPHABET URGES FLEET MANAGERS TO RETHINK RUN-FLATS
(Stoke-on-Trent – October 29, 2014) – One of the UK’s largest leasing companies, Alphabet, is urging fleet managers to rethink run-flat tyres following the launch of Michelin’s new Zero Pressure (ZP) range. Historically, run-flat tyres have had a poor reputation because their reinforced sidewalls which retain their basic shape in the event of a blowout or puncture, gave a less comfortable ride.
