NCC sells GreenBuilding offices in Denmark for SEK 226 million

NCC Property Development A/S has sold the first two stages of Vallensbæk Company House in Copenhagen, Denmark, for SEK 226 million. The purchaser is Saremo Properties A/S.  Transfer of ownership will take place in two steps and the transaction will have a minor impact on earnings in the third and fourth quarter of 2010. 

The first stage, comprising 6,126 square meters of office space, will be transferred on September 1, 2010 and 94 percent of the area has been leased to Estee Lauder Cosmetics A/S and Capgemini Denmark A/S. 

The second stage comprising 2,936 square meters of office space is currently under construction and will be completed by the time of transfer, December 15, 2010. NCC is responsible for leasing the remaining areas.
