    NCC to expand Landvetter airport terminal

    NCC has been commissioned to expand the international terminal at Göteborg Landvetter Airport outside Gothenburg. The project is being carried out in the form of a partnering arrangement with the client Swedavia.     Construction start finalized for the University Hospital of Örebro

    In October 2015, NCC was commissioned to construct a new University Hospital in Örebro. Region Örebro and NCC have now agreed on the design and implementation of the project.     NCC to build 220 apartments for Uppsalahem

    NCC has been commissioned by Uppsalahem to build 220 apartments, of which 90 for students, in Kåbo, Uppsala.     NCC has sold two projects in Helsinki comprising 92 housing units to the investment company ICECAPITAL as part of two different transactions involving the sale of companies.     NCC Property Development has signed an agreement to sell an office project in Copenhagen Port for approximately SEK 455 million. Buyer is ATP, PFA Pension and Pension Danmark.     NCC sells GreenBuilding offices in Denmark for SEK 226 million

    NCC Property Development A/S has sold the first two stages of Vallensbæk Company House in Copenhagen, Denmark, for SEK 226 million.
