NCC sells housing project in Hamburg for SEK 155 million

NCC Housing Germany, NCC Deutschland GmbH, has sold a proprietary housing project in the northwestern area of Hamburg for SEK 155 million.

The buyer is a German residential property fund, which will take possession of the project upon completion in December 2011. The buyer is responsible for the letting. The sale will affect earnings in the fourth quarter of 2011.

The project comprises 54 apartments, 21 row houses, 45 garage slots and 21 above-ground parking spaces. It is located in Eidelstedt, a district of Hamburg.
