    NCC sells rental apartments in Helsinki to ICECAPITAL

    NCC has sold two projects in Helsinki comprising 92 housing units to the investment company ICECAPITAL as part of two different transactions involving the sale of companies. The total sales consideration is SEK 210 million.In total, the transaction pertains to 92 apartments in Malminkartano, Helsinki, which NCC is building for and selling to ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Kb. “Our excellent cooperation with ICECAPITAL continues.     NCC to construct housing in Helsinki for SEK 270 million

    NCC has been commissioned to construct 123 housing units in Jätkäsaari in southern Helsinki for about SEK 270 million.     NCC has sold a 148-apartment housing project in central Berlin, to the institutional investor Bayerische Versorgungskammer, for SEK 315 million.     NCC Housing Germany, NCC Deutschland GmbH, has sold a proprietary housing project in the northwestern area of Hamburg for SEK 155 million.The buyer is a German residential property fund, which will take possession of the project upon completion in December 2011.
