NCC sells logistics facility in Copenhagen for SEK 193 million

NCC Property Development has sold a logistics facility in Greve outside Copenhagen, Denmark, for SEK 193 million. The buyer, Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP), will take over the facility when it is completed on May 1, 2011. The sale will impact earnings in the second quarter of 2011.

NCC Property Development has developed a logistics facility totaling 18,990 square meters of floor space, of which warehouse space accounts for 17,190 square meters and office space for 1,800 square meters.

The entire facility already has a tenant who will take occupancy on May 1, 2011 when the facility is scheduled for completion. Construction will commence on September 1, 2010.

The logistics facility, which is located on Ventrupvej in Greve, comprises a terminal, a high-bay storage warehouse and offices. The facility is also equipped for adaptation to future requirements, with such features as climate control including nighttime cooling.
