NCC sells logistics project in Gothenburg for SEK 188 million
NCC Property Development has sold a logistics project at the Port of Gothenburg for SEK 188 million. The purchaser, Hemfosa, will take possession when the project has been completed, which is expected to be in the first quarter of 2012, at which time the sale will also have a positive impact on earnings.The project consists of a total 20,000 square meters of floor space, of which offices account for 725 square meters and stores and a terminal for the remainder.
