NCC sells office property in Denmark
NCC has sold an office building, Company House Tangen, in Aarhus, Denmark, for SEK 175 million. The buyer is PenSam Commercial Properties and the sale will have an impact on earnings during the first quarter of 2013.The building comprises nearly 8,000 square meters of office space and is fully leased to the IT company ATEA A/S, which will take occupancy of the premises on February 15, 2013.
