NCC sells retail property in Finland to Aberdeen

NCC Property Development has sold the first phase of Myllymäki Retail Park in Lappeenranta in Finland. The buyer, Aberdeen Property Fund Finland I Ky, is taking over the building on March 30, 2012. The building is fully let.This first building of the park was completed in September 2011 and has a lettable area of 3 726 square meters. NCC has let it fully to Gigantti Superstore and Kärcher. – This is one of 17 planned retail projects in southern parts of Finland. Together with our leading market position within the segment of Business Parks, we are also very active on the dynamic retail
