NCC sells retail property in Finland to Aberdeen

NCC Property Development has sold the first phase of Myllymäki Retail Park in Lappeenranta in Finland. The buyer, Aberdeen Property Fund Finland I Ky, is taking over the building on March 30, 2012. The building is fully let. 

This first building of the park was completed in September 2011 and has a lettable area of 3 726 square meters. NCC has let it fully to Gigantti Superstore and Kärcher.

NCC’s Myllymäki Retail Park is located in Lappeenranta, a university town in south eastern Finland near the Russian boarder, which creates favorable conditions for retail.

Myllymäki Retail Park-building will be constructed to achieve the international classification system BREEAM.

During 2012, NCC the development of Myllymäki Retail Park area is planned to continue with a second phase including approximately 4 500 square meters retail premises.
