    NCC starts the third phase of Alberga Business Park in Finland

    NCC Property Development starts the development of a third office building in the established Alberga Business Park in Espoo, Finland. This new phase comprises approximately 5,500 square meters.The first phase of Alberga Business Park developed by NCC Property Development was completed in December 2011.     NCC sells retail property in Finland to Aberdeen

    NCC Property Development has sold the first phase of Myllymäki Retail Park in Lappeenranta in Finland. The buyer, Aberdeen Property Fund Finland I Ky, is taking over the building on March 30, 2012.
