    NCC leases the last premises in Phase 1 of Torsplan

    NCC has signed a lease with TeamOlmed concerning 733 square meters of floor space in the new office and retail building Torsplan in Hagastaden, Stockholm. Leasing of Torsplan Phase 2 will now commence.TeamOlmed, Stockholm’s largest and one of Sweden’s foremost orthopedic companies, has long been looking for premises to be able to offer improved accessibility and service to its patients and customers in the northern part of Greater Stockholm. In March 2015, TeamOlmed will open in the Torsplan property, where the company has leased approximately 733 square meters of retail space on Solnavägen.

    NCC to sell office and retail project in Hagastaden, Stockholm for SEK 1,618 million

    NCC has sold the office and retail property Torsplan in Hagastaden, Stockholm for SEK 1,618 million. The buyer is KLP Fastigheter AB and the preliminary date of occupancy is scheduled for the end of the fourth quarter, 2013. The sale will have a positive impact on earnings on both the date of occupancy and as tenants move in. The current leasing rate is 84 percent.The transaction will be implemented as a company divestment with an underlying property value of SEK 1,618 million, net of deferred tax. NCC will be responsible for leasing the remaining floor space for a further three years. “

    NCC Property Development starts the development of a third office building in the established Alberga Business Park in Espoo, Finland.
