    NCC’s Torsplan first out with BREEAM Outstanding rating

    NCC’s second phase of the Torsplan property in Hagastaden will be the first Swedish building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding.     NCC to sell office and retail project in Hagastaden, Stockholm for SEK 1,618 million

    NCC has sold the office and retail property Torsplan in Hagastaden, Stockholm for SEK 1,618 million. The buyer is KLP Fastigheter AB and the preliminary date of occupancy is scheduled for the end of the fourth quarter, 2013. The sale will have a positive impact on earnings on both the date of occupancy and as tenants move in. The current leasing rate is 84 percent.The transaction will be implemented as a company divestment with an underlying property value of SEK 1,618 million, net of deferred tax. NCC will be responsible for leasing the remaining floor space for a further three years. “

    NCC Property Development has signed a lease agreement with Coffeehouse by George concerning premises at Torsplan, the new office and retail property being constructed by NCC in the new Hagastaden city district of Stockholm. The building is eco-classified according to BREEAM.Torsplan , which will be the first new commercial property in Hagastaden, is scheduled for completion in 2013/2014.     NCC commences construction of Torsplan in the new Hagastaden city district in Stockholm

    On Tuesday, October 11, NCC will commence construction of the Torsplan project on a proprietary basis. The project is situated in the new Hagastaden city district in Stockholm. The property will comprise a total of 30,000 square meters of leasable office and retail space. The cost of the construction contract will be registered among orders in the third quarter of 2011.Torsplan will be the first property at Norra Station in the new Hagastaden city district and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2013.
