NCC sells housing project in central Berlin for SEK 315 million
NCC has sold a 148-apartment housing project in central Berlin, to the institutional investor Bayerische Versorgungskammer, for SEK 315 million. Transfer and earnings recognition will occur upon completion, in the third quarter of 2014.The project, which is located on Liesenstraβe 3-5, in central Berlin, has a total living area of approximately 12 400 square meters and an underground garage.
