    NCC to divest retail and office project in Central Malmö for SEK 1,195 million

    NCC is selling an office property and a retail property, with a garage, in the Triangeln property in Central Malmö for SEK 1,195 million. The buyer is Vasakronan. The sale will generate a positive impact on earnings during the fourth quarter of 2013.The transaction will be implemented as a sale of two separate companies, with a total underlying property value of SEK 1,195 million. NCC, which will be responsible for leasing the remaining vacant office space for an additional three years, has placed rental guarantees for this period and will also account for the leasing of vacant retail space

    NCC sells office property in Denmark

    NCC has sold an office building, Company House Tangen, in Aarhus, Denmark, for SEK 175 million.     NCC secures contract worth SEK 220 million to build office and storage premises for Riksbanken

    NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned by Sveriges Riksbank (the Central Bank of Sweden) to build new offices, with associated storage premises, in Sigtuna, north of Stockholm. The order value is slightly more than SEK 220 million.Work on building the new office and storage premises for Riksbanken will commence in mid-December 2010 and is scheduled for completion in August 2012.
