About Us

Neogap Therapeutics is a Swedish clinical-stage biotechnology company developing personalised cancer immunotherapy using the patient’s own cells. The therapy is based on the company’s two proprietary technologies, PIOR® and EpiTCer®. PIOR® leverages patient-derived DNA sequencing data and machine learning to identify tumour-specific mutations. EpiTCer® is used to expand T cells that recognise and target the selected tumour-specific structures. Neogap is located at Cancer Center Karolinska in Stockholm.
