Nepa AB (publ) welcomes a high-profile addition to Board of Directors
Nepa AB (publ) welcomes Bo Mattsson, one of Sweden’s most successful serial entrepreneurs and the founder of Cint, to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Bo Mattsson, 55, is one of Sweden’s most successful serial entrepreneurs. Bo started in the financial sector where he, after serving as a Senior Vice President at Swedbank, co-founded both Eurotrade SA (one of the first online stock-trading platforms in the Nordics) and Mangold Fondkommission AB. Bo then founded at served as the CEO of Cint AB, the world’s first truly global SaaS exchange for target groups. A market research exchange platform enabling marketers and researchers everywhere to interact with consumers anywhere. Cint AB was acquired in the beginning of 2016 by Nordic Capital for an amount in excess of one billion SEK. Bo is currently an angel investor and serves as the chairman of the board of Sticky AB and Tech Troopers AB. He is also a member of the board at Bemit AB and Nordnet AB. Bo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Handelshögskolan in Stockholm.
