Tour de force
The iconic NOMOS watch model Tangente has always been synonymous with brilliance. With the radiant Tangente neomatik blue gold, there’s now a dress watch from Glashütte taken straight from the pages of a picture book.
GLASHÜTTE, FEBRUARY 2023. NOMOS is getting super classy this winter with a new version of the NOMOS icon Tangente: The deep blue dial with sunburst polishing, gold-plated before being galvanized, ensures a fascinating shimmer and a serious yet at the same time festive wristwatch; a dress watch straight out of a picture book. The new model comes in two sizes, with diameters of 35 and 39 millimeters.
As always with Tangente, the case is the shape of a coin, with the famous typography symbolizing linearity, and the fine hands the precision of the movement. Rhodium-plated hands and silver numerals and indices provide subtle accents, while the gold “neomatik” lettering denotes the innovative movement that powers this watch: The highly precise and sensationally flat DUW 3001 automatic caliber, manufactured in-house, ticks away on the inside of this watch.
