New number of shares and votes in Nordnet

As previously announced, during October 2023, Nordnet has repurchased a total of 5,689,865 warrants issued under Nordnet’s warrant plan 2020/2023 against payment in the form of 1,451,609 newly issued shares. Thus, the number of shares and votes in Nordnet has increased by 1,451,609.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 251,451,609 shares and votes in the company. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,257,258.045.
