Nordnet decides on repurchase of own shares

The Board of Directors of Nordnet AB (publ) (“Nordnet”) has, based on the authorization from the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2021, decided to repurchase own shares. The purpose of the repurchase is to ensure part of Nordnet’s liabilities due to the company's long-term share-based incentive program.

Repurchase may commence on February 4, 2022 and should be completed no later than March 28, 2022. Repurchase may be made of a maximum of 375,000 shares on one or several occasions and must be executed on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with applicable rules. The acquisitions must be carried out at a price within the interval applicable at any given time, by which is meant the interval between the highest purchase price and the lowest sale price. Payment of the shares will be made in cash.

The total number of shares in Nordnet amounts to 250,000,000. The company does not previously hold any own shares. Upon full repurchase, the company will hold shares corresponding to a maximum of 0.15 percent of the company's outstanding shares.
