NPEL – RESULT OF RESOLVED CAPITAL INCREASE

It is referred to the notification on the 29th of May 2008 regarding the board of Oslo Børs ASA’sresolve on admitting shares of Norway Pelagic ASA to be listed on Oslo Børs. The Oslo Børs ASAboard resolve is conditional upon the company achieving enough round lot owners through a plannedcapital increase.The board of Norway Pelagic ASA was by the general meeting on the 22nd of April 2008 granted twoapprovals to increase the share capital of the company in order to achieve enough shareholders tocomply with the requirements of Oslo Børs of a minimum of 500 independent shareholders.

In the second half of the year, Norway Pelagic had a production volume of approximately 208800 tonnes with a total pro forma production volume during the same period in 2006 of 162800 tonnes.
