NYAB Plc: Financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2024

NYAB Plc’s Board of Directors have decided on the scheduled publishing of the financial reports during financial year 2024 as follows:

  • financial statement release for 2023 will be published on 28 February 2024
  • business review for January-March 2024 be published on 8 May 2024
  • half-year report for January-June 2024 will be published on 14 August 2024
  • business review for July-September 2024 will be published on 6 November 2024

Annual report for 2023 is scheduled to be published on 18 March 2024. Financial reports and the annual report will be available at the Company website after publishing.

NYAB Plc complies with a 30-day silent period before the publishing of the financial statement release, half-year report, and the business reviews.

NYAB Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on 11 April 2024. Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting three weeks before the meeting at the latest.
