SkartaNYAB Plc: Financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2023

SkartaNYAB Plc’s Board of Directors have decided on the scheduled publishing of the financial reports during financial year 2023 as follows:

  • financial statement release for 2022 will be published on 17 March 2023
  • business review for period 01-03/2023 will be published on 12 May 2023
  • half-yearly report for period 01-06/2023 will be published on 25 August 2023
  • business review for period 01-09/2023 will be published on 10 November 2023

Annual report for 2022 is scheduled to be published on 31 March 2023. Financial reports and the annual report will be available at the Company website after publishing.

SkartaNYAB Plc complies with a 30-day silent period before the publishing of the financial statement release, half-yearly report, and the business reviews.

SkartaNYAB Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on 26 April 2023. Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting three weeks before the meeting at the latest.
